TRANSCRIPT
Hi, my name is Nina Vorndran. I am a Program Results Supervisor here at Incept and what that means is I actually manage two of our inbound programs and our conversational marketing experts that work them. I love helping customers and I love seeing my team help customers because the products that we are selling actually help people.
My favorite thing about working at Incept is the people. Have you ever met someone or met a group of people, and you immediately felt like family? That's what it is here, and that's why I love it.
I would say that the most impactful conversation that I've had here, I had a CME come up to me and thank me. I was like, "Okay, why?" And she said, "You know, when you're having a conversation with me, you look at me in the eye, and I know that I matter to you." And to me, that was just like oh, that's what I want.
I would say the best thing that I've done in the past year is actually started a book club. We have a great time. We have a great meeting. We have such a different background for each person. We have an English teacher who has her master's degree. We have a stay-at-home mom. We have a retired nurse who happens to be my mom too, and we just meet every month. We have as much fun as the law allows because we really do have a great time, and just that relaxing time that you have with your friends and that camaraderie, that's just amazing and special. So that would, again, just be the best thing that I've done in the past year.
Again, I'm Nina Vorndran, Program Results upervisor at Incept, where relationships matter.
