2022 was another great year for Incept and we couldn’t have gotten here without our amazing team! We’re excited that we’re ending the year with recognition from some amazing organizations and wanted to share the celebration with you!
Top Workplaces in NE Ohio
In June, Incept was named Top Workplace for the 11th time! The Cleveland Plain Dealer’s Top Workplaces program recognizes Northeast Ohio employers who prioritize organizational health. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
Incept also received an additional distinction this year – the Work-Life Flexibility Culture Excellence Award. This award recognizes organizations that have built a culture that enables employees to meet the demands of their personal lives while maintaining high performance.

Cascade Capital Growth Award
Cascade Capital recognizes businesses from Summit, Medina, Stark, Portage, Wayne, Ashland and Holmes counties that have achieved significant growth in sales or employment. This year, Incept was awarded the 2022 Cascade Capital Growth award and was also selected as a special category award winner: Employee Growth in the Service & Manufacturing Category.
Incept exceeded the requirements to qualify for this prestigious award - 100% increase in sales and 50% increase in employees in the last five years. Incept has re-invested that business growth back into the community, contributing up to 10% of yearly earnings to charitable organizations that provide goods and services to people in need, and working towards the overall mission of helping you become the best possible version of yourself.
Weatherhead 100
This will be the third time Incept has been awarded a growth award by Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management, which recognizes Northeast Ohio’s fastest-growing companies based on revenue from 2017 to 2021.

Smart 50
Incept’s CEO, Sam Falletta, was recognized as part of the 2022 Smart 50 by Smart Business Magazine. The Smart 50 Awards recognize top executives of the 50 smartest companies in the region for their ability to effectively build and lead successful organizations. Falletta is the first person to win this award six times
