Incept is proud to announce the addition of a new Chief Operating Officer. Adam Snyder joined the Incept family in early October and will be an integral part in leading the organization through growth and success. As the new COO, Snyder will be responsible for instituting best practices and processes throughout the company, as well as building on the award-winning culture at the center of the company's growth.

Most recently, Snyder was the COO and Partner at Definity Partners, a progressive business consulting firm that works with their clients to run, improve, and grow their businesses. As a part of the leadership team, Adam helped Definity Partners grow their product offerings, team size and skills, and revenue significantly.
