Incept has been awarded the 2017 Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award by the Ohio Psychological Association (OPA). Incept was recognized for this honor because of their commitment to programs and policies that enhance the quality of the work environment for its employees in the areas of employee involvement, work-life balance, employee growth and development, health and safety, and, employee recognition. Incept also won this award in 2013.

The selection for this award was based on a comprehensive application, employee surveys, and an on-site visit and interview with the staff of the OPA.
