In addition to his daily responsibilities, Darren will define and lead the sales and marketing organization to drive the company’s strategic business goals.
Darren has served as Incept’s Chief Growth Officer since January 2018, leading Incept to 40 percent growth over that time. Since 2018, Incept has added dozens of important clients while also focusing on ensuring existing customers are meeting or exceeding their business goals. Darren came to Incept with over 15 years’ experience leading several growing and profitable business units for his previous employers, PerkinElmer and Cleveland HeartLab. He has a unique ability to build high performing teams that drive profitable growth through innovation. Darren holds a M.B.A. (Organizational Leadership) from the University of Findlay and B.S. (Computer Science) from Youngstown State University.
