The Smart 50 Awards recognize top executives of the 50 smartest companies in the region for their ability to effectively build and lead successful organizations. Falletta is the first person to win this award six times.
Incept, a leader in customer experience solutions, is being honored as a 2022 Weatherhead 100 award winner. This will be the third time Incept has been awarded a growth award by Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management, which recognizes the Northeast Ohio’s fastest-growing companies based on revenue from 2017 to 2021.

This will be the fifth time Incept has been awarded a growth award by Cascade Capital, which recognizes businesses from Summit, Medina, Stark, Portage, Wayne, Ashland and Holmes counties that have achieved significant growth in sales or employment. Incept has been named a Top Workplace for the 11th time. The Cleveland Plain Dealer’s Top Workplaces program recognizes Northeast Ohio employers who prioritize organizational health. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
